Biography

Prior to attending law school, Attorney Michael Keough was injured while working for the United Parcel Services (UPS) as a delivery driver.  It is here that he learned firsthand how frustrating the workers compensation system can be without a competent attorney on your side.  Attorney Keough reached a settlement and used the proceeds to attend law school.  Though suffering from a life altering injury and then having to endure the aggravations prevalent within the workers compensation system often felt discouraging, Attorney Keough believes this personal experience has given him a unique perspective towards achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.

In over 28 years of law practice, Attorney Keough has successfully represented thousands of injured workers.  He has been a solo practitioner for 23 years.  During that time most of his clients were by word of mouth referrals from lawyers, doctors, and former clients.  In order to uphold our commitment to personal attention to each of our clients, we limit our case load so that each case gets our undivided attention for the best possible outcome.  We believe in Quality vs Quantity.  Each client's case is handled directly by Attorney Keough, not an associate or a legal assistant.  Mike and his legal assistant, Lisa, guarantee personalized service, timely responses, and aggressive representation.

Attorney Keough is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell* - the highest possible ranking in ethics and competency.
